Maui Wild Crust is a preorder sourdough bakery based in Pukalani, bringing fresh, artisan baked goods directly to you. Naturally fermented with wild yeast born from our island air, our sourdough cannot be rushed. We dedicate time to slowly fermenting and hand-shaping each batch, baking every order fresh so you get the perfect flavor, texture, and crust. While we don't have a public walk-in storefront, we make enjoying fresh bread simple with scheduled delivery, meetups, and pickup options across Upcountry, Central Maui, and South Maui. We are a local food truck specializing in Napoli style pizza—bringing a little taste of Italy with an island vibe to our Upcountry Maui community. Our pizzas are hand-crafted with the finest sourdough, made with flour imported from Italy, and topped with the freshest ingredients. We offer a wide variety of toppings: succulent meats, savory veggies, bubbling cheeses, sweet golden pineapple, with vegan and gluten-free options. Each pie is made-to-order, 11 inches across, and baked to perfection in our kiawe wood-fire oven that weighs 4,000 lbs and cooks at 900 degrees, giving our pizza its exceptional fire-licked crust that’s packed with flavor. Our customers come back time and time again and lovingly call us "the best pizza on Maui."
