Our pizzas are hand-crafted with the finest sourdough, made with flour imported from Italy, and topped with the freshest ingredients. We offer a wide variety of toppings: succulent meats, savory veggies, bubbling cheeses, sweet golden pineapple, with vegan and gluten-free options. Each pie is made-to-order, 11 inches across, and baked to perfection in our kiawe wood-fire oven that weighs 4,000 lbs and cooks at 900 degrees, giving our pizza its exceptional fire-licked crust that’s packed with flavor.
