Pauwela Beverage Company, located in Haiku-Pauwela, is a craft brewing company providing tropically infused, probiotic ferments to Hawaii and beyond. We craft probiotic soda, kombucha, water kefir, hard kombucha and sparkling kava from our brewery in Maui which we distribute all across the state. Our taproom, located at our brewery on Maui, has local beers, biodynamic wines and all of our products on tap. We serve small bites and charcuterie boards during our taproom hours, Thursday- Saturday 3:00-6:30pm and also have live music and farm-to-table dinners every Friday evening from 4:30-6:30pm. Enjoy the freshest craft beer on island at our artisanal taproom brewery specializing in wild & rustic ales. We have a continually rotating selection of excellent beers, with a focus on locally sourced fruited sours, rustic styles and killer New England IPA's. Amazing beers and amazing views, with plenty of outdoor seating on 4 lanais, plus wide open glass garage doors. Food is provided by Upcountry Sausage Co. on our Lanai, and you can also order from restaurant Marlow next door.

Waikulu Distillery is a Farm to Bottle producer of spirits made from blue agave (agave tequilana). Every portion of the process is hand-crafted in small batches on our farm, from growing, harvesting and processing, to the distilling, bottling, and labeling. Tours of the farm and distillery are conducted Monday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday by reservation only. Visit our website to book a tour.
