The condominium only has 3 units. Unit 1 is used as an art gallery and is on the ground floor, since nobody lives there, it stays very quiet. Unit 2 and Unit 3, both have identical floor plans and are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Both units have 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 3 private lanais, one off the living room, master bedroom and kitchen.

Kona Village Artis is an artist's cooperative of member artists and guest artists. Founded 38 years ago in 1987, we are the longest running artist's cooperative in the state of Hawaii.
