The condominium only has 3 units. Unit 1 is used as an art gallery and is on the ground floor, since nobody lives there, it stays very quiet. Unit 2 and Unit 3, both have identical floor plans and are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Both units have 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 3 private lanais, one off the living room, master bedroom and kitchen.
