This facility is part of Hawaii Island Community Health Center, a nonprofit community health center providing care island-wide on Hawaii Island, with locations in Hilo, Keaau, Pahoa, Ka'u, Kealakekua, Kailua-Kona, Kealakehe, and Waikoloa.
