Pauwela Beverage Company, located in Haiku-Pauwela, is a craft brewing company providing tropically infused, probiotic ferments to Hawaii and beyond. We craft probiotic soda, kombucha, water kefir, hard kombucha and sparkling kava from our brewery in Maui which we distribute all across the state. Our taproom, located at our brewery on Maui, has local beers, biodynamic wines and all of our products on tap. We serve small bites and charcuterie boards during our taproom hours, Thursday- Saturday 3:00-6:30pm and also have live music and farm-to-table dinners every Friday evening from 4:30-6:30pm.
