Led by Junior Leoso, MTC has more than 60 years combined experience in the industry. Junior leads a group of coaches with top experience in all the genres of training offered. All training options come with an opportunity to compete for those who choose to do so.

Maui Wild Crust is a preorder sourdough bakery based in Pukalani, bringing fresh, artisan baked goods directly to you. Naturally fermented with wild yeast born from our island air, our sourdough cannot be rushed. We dedicate time to slowly fermenting and hand-shaping each batch, baking every order fresh so you get the perfect flavor, texture, and crust. While we don't have a public walk-in storefront, we make enjoying fresh bread simple with scheduled delivery, meetups, and pickup options across Upcountry, Central Maui, and South Maui.
