We are a functional fitness training studio in Poipu/Koloa, dedicated to empowering our community by offering simple yet effective training routines suitable for any goal, lifestyle, and age. We provide options for every client, whether you visit occasionally or are with us daily. Our aim is to ensure you have access to high-quality training at an affordable price.

A little studio with a lotta heart, teaching alignment based yoga and SATYA (a somatic practice) Learn yoga with us! We teach each pose because that's what a class is for - learning. If you're brand new, even better! You can schedule a private lesson, if you're shy, or want all attention on you. If you don't mind mingling, join us for a group class; you'll still get step-by-step instructions. If you're familiar with yoga, we'll give you more to learn: refinements and layers to grow what you already know.
