Naturally fermented with wild yeast born from our island air, our sourdough cannot be rushed. We dedicate time to slowly fermenting and hand-shaping each batch, baking every order fresh so you get the perfect flavor, texture, and crust. While we don't have a public walk-in storefront, we make enjoying fresh bread simple with scheduled delivery, meetups, and pickup options across Upcountry, Central Maui, and South Maui.
