Maui Wild Crust is a preorder sourdough bakery based in Pukalani, bringing fresh, artisan baked goods directly to you. Naturally fermented with wild yeast born from our island air, our sourdough cannot be rushed. We dedicate time to slowly fermenting and hand-shaping each batch, baking every order fresh so you get the perfect flavor, texture, and crust. While we don't have a public walk-in storefront, we make enjoying fresh bread simple with scheduled delivery, meetups, and pickup options across Upcountry, Central Maui, and South Maui. We have a continually rotating selection of excellent beers, with a focus on locally sourced fruited sours, rustic styles and killer New England IPA's. Amazing beers and amazing views, with plenty of outdoor seating on 4 lanais, plus wide open glass garage doors. Food is provided by Upcountry Sausage Co. on our Lanai, and you can also order from restaurant Marlow next door.
