We are a mobile food trailer serving steam buns and sides out of Kihei just behind Azeka plaza. Dedicated to serving great quality food, prepared fresh and at affordable pricing for all. We are a chef driven eatery with a combined 35+ years of culinary experience from all aspects of front and back of house. We want to create an environment and a culture that we would be attracted to as guests, all centered around making incredible food in beautiful Maui.

Aguas Tropicales Maui is a family-owned Mexican food truck in Kihei, Hawaii serving authentic Mexican food, aguas frescas, birria tacos, quesadillas, ceviche, tamales and fresh fruit cups. We use fresh ingredients and Maui-grown fruit whenever possible. You can find us at local markets and events across Kihei and Central Maui.
