With recovery in mind- We decided to keep LAHAINA STRONG and reestablish the restaurant to the community and rename it as: PHO NOODLE BAR- a perfect spot for homemade, traditional soul warming dishes made with fresh, high quality, local ingredients. Our signature Pho is slow simmered to perfection packed with rich, savory flavors and served with traditional fixings.
