He puts his “SOUL” into every piece of sushi. You can experience AUTHENTIC SUSHI. I’m spreading “OMOTENASHI” which is Japanese way of warmhearted hospitality. (To make customers happy/smile/comfortable/relax) I put all my “LOVE” into every little things to make my customers smile.
